My Story

Our Story

I was born in Thessaloniki. I have been engaged in music since childhood. My academic musical studies though, began with classical guitar lessons in a music school in Thessaloniki around the years of junior high school. Sounds of folk music, from Tsitsanis and Zambetas to Alexiou and Parios, were following me at my family home… And that was how bouzouki actually won my heart, especially as I was getting the hang of playing it after high school. Being an inquiring mind by nature, I have always been a member in a number of musical enterprises, as a singer, musician or arranger. I continued my studies in music theory (Harmony, Counterpoint and Fugue) and, for some years now, I have been working as a music teacher at “Κέντρο Τέχνης ΣΥΝΘΕΣΗ” in New Moudania, Chalkidiki, where I live. In 2016 I attended the online classes of Musical Technology of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, and having graduated from it, I act as a mentor at Musical Technology Department
